New Circle Cube Puzzle

This new puzzle is quite challenging, but I was able to solve it by adapting my normal Rubik's Cube techniques.

The corners and edges of each face move freely about each circle, except for one of the faces. It moves like a standard Rubik's Cube.
Here, the back face is turned counter-clockwise, and the right face is also turned counter-clockwise.

Scrambled, it is rather intimidating.

Steps I perform to solve it:
1. Create a "Cross" of the edges in the inner circle.

2. Position the skinny, outer edge pieces to complete the "Cross"

3. Orient and Position all of the corner pieces

4. Tediously place each of the 24 "pie" pieces in the inner circle. (One more step below.)

5. Solved!
